Our trainers are the main thing that make our gym stand out from the others. We are dedicated to helping our member with their fitness goals and we are always willing to give tips and tricks to getting there more easily.
But our classes also make us a fun and unique gym. We offer a ton of different group classes that you can choose from! The best part is that most of them can be done by anyone, no matter your fitness ability.
When you come to our gym you will have full access to our machines and weight area. Depending on your membership, you will also have access to our amazing classes. But no matter what membership you have, you can always expect our staff to be excited to see you.
New to Fitness
When you are new to working out, it is hard to get in the swing of things. You have to learn the proper techniques and postures for different exercises, you need to learn you abilities and how hard you should push yourself in the beginning, and you need to learn what workouts to do based on your goals.
After your first few gym sessions you will feel like your body is falling apart, but we assure you, it isn’t. You just worked muscles that hadn’t been worked in a while and the lactic acid will build up during the workout, and then the soreness will set in. You will ache with every movement and you will most likely never want to work out again.
But the soreness is a good thing, remember that. It means you did something and worked your muscles to a point that now need to recover. This is why gym junkies love being sore after a workout, they realize that pushed themselves a bit harder last workout and now they are feeling the results.
Exercise is known to release endorphins, a natural chemical in your body that trigger positive feels, making you happier, giving you energy, and making you feel better. So if you work out for a week and notice you no longer hate everyone you work with, you are probably feeling the effects of the endorphins, or maybe your co-workers just stopped being awful.
You will also sleep better, which again, improves your mood. So really, exercising is great for both your physical wellbeing as well as your mental. That seems like a win-win situation.
