What Do You Need to Bring?

Although this class requires special equipment, the VIVE™ ball and tube are provided to you. That means all you need to worry about is making sure your clothing and shoes are good for a workout. You will want something comfortable that will allows you to move freely. Bring water and a towel to wipe away sweat during the workout!
